We did everything together as a group. I was kind of working on everything. I like to be a leader, I work better when I’m guiding people to do things themselves.

We are a public school dedicated to hands-on, project-based learning through the lens of the health profession. Curriculum is designed around industry-focused projects and group learning with 360-degree support to develop the skills necessary to become successful leaders in their communities. Students engage in collaborative work in a supportive, small school environment that values the overall well-being of our young people. We provide the tools and experience students need to become successful leaders in the health care industry.

OUR MISSION
The Mission of Health Leadership High School is to equip students who are interested in health with the skills they need to become leaders in developing healthier communities. Through experiential and project-based learning, our students develop as deep and complex thinkers to have a broad understanding of the determinants of improving healthier communities. Our mission is to take a holistic approach in supporting youth to have successful careers by caring for their intellectual, physical and emotional well-being as students.
